Job offer: Account Manager - Outside Sales, NA Olongapo City in Olongapo City, Central Luzon
Execute a business plan and sales strategy that achieves given sales target/AOP.
Initiate and develop engagement plans to grow business through existing key Enterprise Accounts / Markets and develop new Enterprise Accounts and vertical markets.
Develop strategic plan for key accounts and establishing win-win situation for both company and customers by addressing all level of needs.
Achieve monthly/quarterly and annual sales targets, as set in the individual Annual Sales Plan and LOB targets.
Qualifications
Possess a university degree - preferably in technology, engineering, business.
Proven ability to meet and exceed performance expectations
At least 5 years sales experience - knowledge of Information Technology, AIDC and RFID technology preferred
Proven communication skills to maintain relationships with all levels within an account
Demonstrated ability and maturity to interact with both internal/external senior level
Approachable with strong interpersonal skills in attending to customers’ needs
Able to identify and understand overall market dynamics and competitive landscape
Able to work un-supervised to deliver key financial target metrics
